Words cannot express how pleased I am with this purchase!! con: I spent a solid few hours hyper focused on pulling the threads out. pro: I spent a solid few hours on this instead of picking at my skin. The threads are so satisfying to pull out, and they even make a little sound when they pop out. This is the best alternative to picking that I have found. I've tried so many tools, apps, toys but they didn't replicate the sensation. This was also very humbling- I'm seeing the damage that is being done to the picky pad after I pull the threads out, and it is a very clear visual of what I have been doing to my skin. I highly recommend this. I was also very surprised when I saw two freebies in the package! I am so happy to have stumbled upon this shop, and I will definitely be purchasing from here again.

The strings were stretchier than I expected, but it is so satisfying seeing them come out. This is the closest thing I’ve found to satisfy my trichotillomania and dermatillomania urges! Def would recommend!

i am someone who has had trichotillomania for almost my entire life. i've tried literally every other fidget toy, but nothing has ever really matched up to the feeling of pulling out hair. this pick pad is the first thing to do it, it feels just as rewarding as pulling hair out and i am OBSESSED. i cannot recommend this enough to fellow hair pullers.

This pad satisfies my trichotillomania unlike any fidget toy I’ve tried so far (bead picky pads, magnetic rings, spinning necklaces, etc). The pad also wasn’t tacky and I received it quickly.

I loved it! The only problem I had was that the tweezer-things didn’t work very well for pulling out the strings, but that’s okay for me because I wanted to use my hands anyways! The tweezers do work great for picking out the strings though. Once you use the sharp end to pick out the string, you can easily pull it out with your hand. Other than that, I’m absolutely in love with it and I love the extra that the seller gave me!
